The VP of Demand Generation plays an integral role in driving customer and revenue growth for the company across channels and markets. Reporting to the CMO, this individual will be responsible for creating a scalable demand generation strategy and driving the successful execution of the plan across the customer journey to achieve acquisition targets. This person will lead and direct the teams, contractors and agencies that oversee all of our demand generation and fulfillment channels such as PPC, SEO, Display, Social, Chat, Review Sites, SMS/email nurture streams, website properties, and more. In addition, this leader will own the Marketing Operations team and be the company’s resident expert for experimentation-driven methodologies (CRO).
The successful candidate will be results-driven and dexterous with both the analytical and creative sides of acquisition. Experience in fast-paced environments and a proven track record of building high performance teams and strong relationships with Sales is critical. This marketing leader will develop and execute year round acquisition marketing plans that have a significant financial impact to the company's revenue stream, profit and overall growth and manage a large multi-million dollar budget.
