Product Marketing Manager

Job Summary

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will create and share the messaging, positioning and customer story to internal and external audiences. With a deep understanding of our product, its benefits and our target audiences, you will lead the go-to-market strategy to drive product adoption and usage. As a key player in the growth of our product portfolio, you will: 

  • Communicate the benefits of products and features to a wide variety of audiences
  • Create strategy and content for communicating products and programs to the small business community
  • Conduct ongoing market, customer and competitive research to inform future product decisions
  • Create enablement content and collateral to increase adoption and consumption of the Keap portfolio
  • Drive messaging, positioning and go-to-market strategies for our products
  • Launch products by owning the launch plan and tracking key success metrics
  • Coordinate across departments to develop and introduce new products
  • Develop a deep understanding of Keap competition and perform extensive competitive analysis
  • Create a deep understanding of the customer and the market, to ensure that both products and features are appropriately positioned on the market
  • Develop a regular cadence of product education, messaging and demo scripting with sales organization
  • Coordinate with PR, Content Marketing, and Demand Generation team to translate buyers journey and customer journey into program strategy
  • Possess the ability to effectively communicate and publicly represent Keap and our products at industry events
  • Conduct and manage market research initiatives, focused on addressing the most important needs
  • Work with sales enablement to improve demo and sales materials that help reps close more deals
  • Work with Sales, Product Management & Demand Marketing to help prioritize market needs, product roadmaps, and investment to achieve and exceed business goals


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional analytic ability paired with communication skills that distill insights into action
  • A track record of effectively prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously to drive them to completion
  • Problem solver who can creatively influence cross-functionally and at all management levels to deliver on business goals

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing, product marketing and/or product management
  • Experience in product marketing for SaaS solutions
  • Proven experience in effectively planning, delivering, and measuring marketing campaigns
