Product Marketing Manager

Job Summary

 

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the owner of our newest product Keap Grow built for small business service providers that wants to grow their business and impress their clients. You will be responsible for owning how we take our latest innovation, Keap Grow, to market which includes leading a nimble cross-functional team across product, sales, onboarding, support and various functional groups. You will also be responsible for owning, creating, and sharing messaging, positioning and customer story to internal and external audiences. Have deep understanding of our customer and the product, its benefits, you will lead the go-to-market strategy and drive marketing programs to build awareness, grow acquisition, and drive product use. As a key player in the product marketing team you will also have: 

  • Create a deep understanding of the customer and the market, to ensure that both products and features are appropriately positioned on the market
  • Communicate the benefits of products and features to a wide variety of audiences
  • Lead and coordinate across departments to build and grow Keap Grow built for SBs that are looking to manage their sales process and impress their clients 
  • Coordinate with PR, Content Marketing, and Demand Generation team to translate buyers journey and customer journey into owned, earned and paid programs
  • Conduct and manage market research initiatives, focused on addressing the most important needs
  • Develop a deep understanding of Keap competition and perform extensive competitive analysis
  • Work with sales enablement to improve demo and sales materials that help reps close more deals
  • Work with Sales, Product Management & Demand Marketing to help prioritize market needs, product roadmaps, and investment to achieve and exceed business goals
  • Test new options to attract our target our service provider segment customer and own the launch plan and tracking key success metrics
  • Conduct ongoing market, customer and competitive research to inform future product decisions
  • Develop a regular cadence of product education, messaging and demo scripting with sales organization
  • Possess the ability to effectively communicate and publicly represent Keap and our products at industry events

 Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional analytic ability paired with communication skills that distill insights into action
  • A track record of effectively prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously to drive them to completion
  • Problem solver who can creatively influence cross-functionally and at all management levels to deliver on business goals

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing, product marketing and/or product management
  • Experience in product marketing for SaaS products
  • Proven experience in effectively planning, delivering, and measuring marketing campaigns
