Data Quality Manager

The Role

Exciting opportunity to join Keap’s Marketing Automation team as Data Quality Manager. We are looking for a mid-career data quality expert to lead our data governance efforts. This role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Analytics and IT groups to ensure their internal data is accurate, complete, and being used in the best way possible. This is a high visibility role and will require a lot of collaboration across the business.

The Work

  • This role will translate business requirements into data solutions. Strong understanding of marketing and sales performance metrics required (ie: CLV, CAC, multi-channel attribution, conversion rates, lead flow, etc.).
  • Responsible for ensuring our pre-customer data from top of funnel is clean and accurate.
  • Establish data governance standards for maintaining data integrity.
  • Manage existing duplicate records while identifying and mitigating root causes for how duplicates are getting created.
  • Identify fields that should be standardized, normalize existing values and help to prevent invalid data from getting added.
  • Continually monitor data quality metrics to proactively identify issues related to data.
  • Perform data integrity checks, report anomalies, and coordinate with other stakeholders or external vendors for resolution.
  • Ensure high quality data is collected and safeguard the integrity of the data.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to improve the quality management processes, systems, and standards.

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or data stewardship
  • Strong understanding of IT and Analytics business practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or equivalent
  • Proficiency with SQL coding skills required
  • 3+ years of experience working with CRM platforms such as, SalesLogix or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Spotfire (preferably Looker)
  • Expertise in pulling and visualizing data from Marketing Automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot or Hubspot - Marketo experience a BIG plus
  • Excellent communication skills in order to interact with both senior leadership and non-technical business units
  • Familiarity with data management software, such as RingLead a BIG plus
  • Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages
