As a member of the Performance Marketing team, you will report to the Head of Demand Generation and work closely with the sales/marketing operations team, designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to support and innovate our acquisition strategy through testing, execution, analytics, data integration, personalization and project management.

The Sr. Optimization Manager will develop, implement and enhance optimization strategies across the entire consumer journey to drive higher performance out of each touch point and website visit. The right candidate will play a vital role in developing the company’s personalization strategy, which aims at tailoring the end-to-end experience with Keap. Deep intellectual curiosity and data analytics savvy are core strengths of this role. 

The Role

  • Play an integral role in driving cross-channel optimization and integration via audience segmentation and personalization
  • Manage test and learn roadmap cross-channel to enhance cohesive and consistent user experiences across the marketing funnel
  • Develop and nurture a testing culture within the demand gen team with high-standard testing methodologies
  • Increase knowledge sharing activities across cross-functional teams such as product marketing, content, analytics and sales teams to strengthen awareness and affinity around testing initiatives 
  • Co-create learning center from testing insights development
  • Create successful intake process to promote healthy testing ideas across the organization
  • Own the agenda for A/B testing and conduct A/B, multivariate and experience tests to continually measure performance
  • Work with the broader marketing and sales teams to turn winning test experiences into sustainable improvements 
  • This role requires strong analytical skills with the ability to make rapid decisions grounded in data and metrics. Knowledge of success metrics, behavioral and demographic targeting and ROI-driven optimization techniques
  • Must be results oriented with a growth mindset of constant improvement 
  • Strategic mind-set and the ability to draw key insights from analytics to make important business decisions
  • Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with multiple audiences, from C-level to entry level, internal and external
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills necessary to drive and lead cross-functional initiatives

Analysis and reporting

  • Analyze campaign performance, report on results and share learnings with the wider business, helping to drive business enablement
  • Contribute to the repository of learnings/outcomes

  • Strong working relationships with stakeholders and peer teams
  • Planning and managing quality campaign executions
  • Have a positive impact on sales growth, ARPU & Infusionsoft’s feature usage
  • Execute rapidly, with a minimum monthly reach of total audience touched
  • Use your test and learn findings to drive uplift on primary conversion metrics for test performance

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics, conversion rate optimization and personalization; combination of agency and in-house experience preferred
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience
  • 3+ years in demand marketing, preferably SaaS
  • Advanced experience with testing platforms including Optimizely, Adobe, Visual Website Optimizer, or similar platforms
  • Advanced experience with project management and execution on full funnel tests

 Preferences

  • Intermediate experience with UX design, wire-framing, and usability principles
  • Intermediate experience with research tools including HotJar, Clicktale, CrazyEgg, SurveyMonkey, Qualaroo, UserTesting.com, or other similar tools
  • Expert level experience with Analytics Platforms including Google Analytics, Omniture, Mixpanel
  • Experience with multi-channel media strategy
