Product Marketing Manager

The Role

If you’re a Product Marketing Manager with a growth hacking bent, this job is for you. You will be in charge of scaling the future of our acquisition through Free Trial and Online Purchase, in addition to taking our lower tier products (Keap Go and Keap Grow) to market in ways that support these conversion channels. This job includes partnering with a nimble cross-functional team across product, sales, onboarding, support and various functional groups. You will own the roadmap for testing throughout the funnel and above it for conversion to Free Trial and Buy Now, and will also own the customer experience in Free Trial to activate prospects into paying customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for owning, creating, and sharing messaging, positioning, and customer stories to internal and external audiences.

The Work

  • Be customer obsessed and have a deep passion to serve growth-minded small businesses--you should be talking with them all the time and providing insights that the organization can act on
  • Establish and execute on a testing roadmap, constantly iterating in our Free Trial and Buy Now experiences to drive exponential growth and revenue in conjunction with performance marketing and product
  • Work with our internal systems and product teams to create a more sophisticated Buy Now experience that is stable and ready for scale, reducing risk and fraud in the process
  • Work with our performance marketing and creative teams to assess best lead sources for Free Trial and Buy Now to activate through top of funnel and re-targeting ad campaigns
  • Partner with our sales leaders and chat and email manager to test nurture cadences to determine when and where to drive leads into our Free Trial and Buy Now channels
  • Create a deep understanding of the customer and the market, to ensure that our products and features are appropriately positioned on the market
  • Communicate the benefits of products and features to a wide variety of audiences
  • Lead and coordinate across departments to build and grow Keap Go and Keap Grow
  • Coordinate with PR, Content Marketing, and Demand Generation team to translate buyers journey and customer journey into owned, earned and paid programs
  • Conduct and manage market research initiatives, focused on addressing the most important needs
  • Develop a deep understanding of Keap competition and perform extensive competitive analysis
  • Work with sales enablement to improve demo and sales materials that help reps close more deals
  • Work with Sales, Product Management & Demand Marketing to help prioritize market needs, product roadmaps, and investment to achieve and exceed business goals
  • Test new options to attract our target our service provider segment customer and own the launch plan and tracking key success metrics
  • Conduct ongoing market, customer and competitive research to inform future product decisions
  • Develop a regular cadence of product education, messaging and demo scripting with sales organization
  • Possess the ability to effectively communicate and publicly represent Keap and our products at industry events


  • Experience with e-commerce, free trial, and scaling conversion channels -- we want to see real world results from past engagements please
  • A deep love for growth-minded small business owners 
  • Customer-first approach while balancing need to drive revenue
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional analytic ability paired with communication skills that distill insights into action
  • A track record of effectively prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously to drive them to completion
  • Problem solver who can creatively influence cross-functionally and at all management levels to deliver on business goals
  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience in digital marketing, product marketing and/or product management
  • Experience in product marketing for SaaS products
  • Proven experience in effectively planning, delivering, and measuring marketing campaigns
