Job Summary

If you’re a Product Marketing Manager obsessed with building new strategies and funnels to educate and acquire customers, this job is for you. You will be in charge of scaling the future of our acquisition through Free Trial and Online Purchase. You’ll be expected to set big growth goals—and to hit them.

Day in and day out, you’ll be asked to deliver on this: deeply understand our customer lifecycle and identify opportunities for growth and optimization through offers, stories, and education. This job includes partnering with a nimble cross-functional team across product, sales, onboarding, support and various functional groups. You will own the funnel for Free Trial and Buy Now, and will also own the customer experience in Free Trial to activate prospects into paying customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and owning new funnels to drive qualified prospects and wins through Lifecycle Marketing and other educational initiatives. We want someone who dreams big and has experience making big dreams translate into big results. 

Here’s what will be expected from you:

  • Be customer obsessed and have a deep passion to serve growth-minded entrepreneurs--you should be talking with them all the time and providing insights that the organization can act on
  • Create a deep understanding of the customer and the market, to ensure that our products and features are appropriately positioned on the market
  • Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion around areas like Free Trial, Online purchase, and Lifecycle Marketing education
  • Investigate and test new channels to communicate with our existing customers
  • Partner with our Analytics team to measure the impact of each campaign, and develop ways to scale
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, analytics and creative to meet ambitious growth targets
  • Conduct and manage market research initiatives, focused on addressing the most important needs
  • Develop a deep understanding of Keap competition and perform extensive competitive analysis
  • Possess the ability to effectively communicate and publicly represent Keap and our products at industry events


  • Experience with e-commerce, free trial, and scaling conversion channels through growth marketing. We want to see real world results from past engagements please
  • A deep love for growth-minded small business owners 
  • Customer-first approach while balancing need to drive revenue
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional analytic ability paired with communication skills that distill insights into action
  • A track record of effectively prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously to drive them to completion
  • Problem solver who can creatively influence cross-functionally and at all management levels to deliver on business goals
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Experience in growth marketing and product marketing
  • Experience in SaaS B2B
  • Proven experience in effectively planning, delivering, and measuring marketing and sales funnels
