Marketing & Acquisition Manager - Channel Partners

Due to the rapid growth trajectory of Keap, the Partner Channel Team is tasked with driving the partner recruitment efforts, channel marketing programs, communications, operations and strategies. Our goal is to deliver highly qualified partner leads to the partner acquisition team, deliver and engage in productive marketing strategies for partners, and provide engaging and relevant content through strategic marketing programs such as webinars, demos, nurtures, marketing assets and promos - driving more sales for partners, higher partner engagement, lower partners churn, and a highly favorable sentiment in the Partner channel.

We are looking for a driven Marketing & Acquisition Manager who will develop and execute highly effective integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.  This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing sales and marketing automation leader. We need a hands-on contributor and team player who possess marketing savvy, creativity, strategic vision, and analytical management skills. This person will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing crucial growth programs that span the 4,000+ worldwide partner channel.

The Role 

  • Key responsibility is to drive target partner acquisition by generating qualified leads through various marketing activities including website, webcasts, influencer programs, broad-based multi-touch integrated inbound and nurture programs, targeted ads on social media sites etc.
  • Drive increase in Partner Channel revenue through administration and management of key Partner Program elements such as Market Development Funds and Incentives for our Partners all across the world.
  • Coordinate with Corporate, Social and Customer Communications, Product Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to develop and roll-out marketing communication strategies to continually improve Partner sentiment and results.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to help Partners grow their own businesses through Customer to Partner and Partner to Partner connections, contributing to Partner channel growth.

Daily Execution 

  • Develop, launch and execute Inbound/Outbound recruiting programs —including training stakeholders, setting up internal processes, and managing all program deliverables.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to update and refresh the Partner page of the Keap website to ensure it is a powerful tool for Partner Acquisition first and Partner Enablement second.
  • Work with the creative and content team in Marketing to create partner assets, blogs, and promotional content for Partner programs.
  • Manage and curate Partner Portal content.  Work with Learning & Development and the Partner Training team to include relevant and refreshed content.  Keep tracking links up-to-date.  Include new content from Product Marketing.  Build out and curate new Keap product assets.  Drive engagement of these assets through a variety of communication channels. Measure engagement.
  • Establish and manage a rigorous metrics reporting platform for all Inbound and webinar programs, Partner AQ events / webinars - utilizing Marketo, Salesforce, and other tools.
  • Work with Product Marketing to develop strong partner-facing marketing strategies for Partners to utilize.  These strategies should align value propositions, messaging, and content to the appropriate buyer personas and processes to ensure the Partners know the best practices for most effective and efficient nurturing and development of their qualified leads.
  • Work closely with internal communications team members to ensure communication strategies are deployed on time in a smooth and orderly fashion, but have the agility to pivot at a moment’s notice when necessary.


  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a collaborative environment at a small to medium sized company.
  • Experience in a SaaS business in a $100M-$300M sized organization highly preferred.
  • Passion for marketing, entrepreneurs, and small businesses.
  • Strong working knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Strong acquisition marketing skills and experience with a working knowledge of awareness, consideration, and decision based assets that help lead prospects easily through the customer journey.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ideally, You Will Possess…

  • Experience with Inbound program management (and/or Inbound certification).
  • Saas Channel Experience.
  • Experience building relationships with Trusted Advisors and/or key influencers.
  • Deep experience analyzing program results.
  • Familiarity with online events platforms.
