Affiliate Partner Representative

Chandler, Arizona

The Affiliate Partner Representative is responsible for driving growth via the Keap joint ventures & affiliate partnerships by establishing both direct and network relationships with joint venture & affiliate partners. This role is instrumental in increasing the quality of our lead generation machine and will be focused 100% on developing and optimizing the program. The right candidate knows how to build meaningful relationships and negotiate deals with joint venture & affiliate partners in order to grow customer acquisition at an efficient ROI. You are deeply data-driven, while balancing the need to be process oriented and creative. This role is well-suited for candidates who are highly independent and entrepreneurial. 

The Work

  • Drive Keap’s performance-based joint venture & affiliate partnerships by identifying new partner and format opportunities in order to acquire high-quality customers and growing existing relationships
  • Graduate viable joint ventures & affiliate partners to strategically important partnerships
  • Optimize program structure and efficiency through routine ROI analysis and partner negotiations
  • Own campaigns end to end: offer development, content update communications and compliance due diligence, platform manager (e.g., Commission Junction) management, analytics, reporting
  • Embody our test and learn mentality by developing tests and iterating on learnings in-program and across channels
  • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders (product, marketing, sales, analytics and legal) to operationalize channel growth 

Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years of affiliate program experience in a data-driven acquisition marketing role at a fast-paced workplace (brand or agency)
  • Direct hands-on experience with affiliate partnership platforms such as Commission Junction
  • Robust understanding of quantitative concepts around driving and measuring performance and ROI
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data from various reporting models (attribution, platform, proprietary, etc) in order to draw insights and steer optimizations and testing
  • Experience working in an integrated digital marketing team with preferred hands-on experience managing other acquisition channels
  • Self-starter approach to work, with drive to consistently exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity to approach problems through creative means
  • BA/BS degree required in marketing, analytics or related field
