Keap is hosting an in-person hiring event for our Customer /Technical Support Representatives at our office in Chandler and we’d love to invite you to attend! This role may interest you if you like:

  • Connecting with customers through inbound calls or chats with the intent of answering questions, teaching best practices, and troubleshooting issues
  • Actively participating and contributing to a growing knowledge network to improve team effectiveness and improve the resources available to customers

You’ll have an opportunity to learn how Keap empowers small businesses, interview face-to-face with our Customer Support leaders and get a peek (under construction) into our amazing office space (field turf, cereal bar, cold brew station and more!)

Come and take advantage of this great opportunity to learn more about Keap and see if the Customer/Technical Support Representative role is what you’re looking for. We are doing on the spot interviews.

Looking for flexibility? We have that… Our team has a hybrid work model - so that means Monday and Tuesday work from wherever you like and Wednesday - Friday join your team and work from our newly updated office (and yes, that football field is our office).
