Sales Development Representative

US-Remote

With under 400 employees, Keap is a medium-sized business based in Chandler, Arizona, and serves to liberate and empower entrepreneurs, to strengthen families, communities, and economies. The Role

The Sales Development Specialist is a pre-sales role qualifying leads for the sales team. This position does not require you to close sales. This position offers the opportunity to learn and grow in a sales environment. On Target Earnings the first year will fall somewhere between 60k-80k!

 The Work

  • High Volume outbound dialing to identify, prospect, develop and qualify leads to be handed off to the sales team.
  • Follow-up with leads from various sources including the website, purchased leads, webinar attendees, customer referrals, and leads within our existing database including free trial users.
  • Effectively manage a pipeline of over 150+ leads via phone, email and text message.

  • Achieve daily key performance metrics.
  • Ability to multi-task with several softwares/tools i.e. (Dialer, CRM, Emailing) - Must be comfortable with technology.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaborator and communicator.
  • Communicate clear written and verbal messages effectively.
  • Identify professional needs in regards to coaching to achieve monthly goals.
  • Self motivated to work in a high-pressure,constantly changing environment.
  • Passionate about small businesses/entrepreneurs and helping them to succeed. 
  • Ready to make 175+ calls per day and easily build rapport with small business owners/entrepreneurs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in phone-based appointment setting, sales or lead qualification.
  • Demonstrates resilience and the aptitude to drive results
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Demonstrates the ability to make multiple phone calls a day and has the courage to speak with cold or warm leads
  • Capability to plan and align work with quota goals and broader organizational goals
  • Experience working with small businesses/entrepreneurs or have a small business background

Compensation and benefits

Base salary and generous uncapped commission structure – $60k-$80k

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, anytime between the hours of 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
