The Small Business Administration (SBA) is offering the following resources:

The California Capital Access Program CalCAP can provide up to 100% coverage on losses as a result of certain loan defaults with a loan loss reserve program. Individual borrowers are limited to a maximum of $2.5 million enrolled over a three-year period. To enroll, contact a Participating Lender here.
The CA Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank (IBank) Finance Programs are setting up a Disaster Relief Loan Guarantee Program that is providing loan guarantees of up to $1 million for small business borrowers in declared disaster areas, as well as a Jump Start Loan Program offering loans from $500 to $10,000 to low-wealth entrepreneurs in declared disaster and emergency areas.
