Smarter Notes
Creating clear and effective notes within your automations just got easier — and more powerful.
We’ve added a new toolbar to Notes in the Automation Builder to give you greater control over formatting and customization.
With this addition, you can now:
- Add structure and clarity to your notes with simple formatting tools
- Create rich, easy-to-read documentation within automations
- Skip the hassle of writing custom HTML or CSS to get your point across
This update is especially beneficial for partners and teams collaborating on more complex builds. Your notes will stay clean, professional, and easy to manage!
Organize by ID in the New Automation List View
We heard you loud and clear: You want the ability to organize automations by ID, and the wait is over because it’s now in your Automation Builder!
Automation IDs were previously only available in Classic, and they were a key way many partners and power users kept things organized, especially when automation names were reused.
This capability was missed by many, so we’ve brought it to the list views in Ultimate, Max, and Pro.
Now, you can:
- See automation IDs at a glance in the new list view
- Sort, search, and manage automations more accurately
- Maintain your workflows without jumping back to Classic
This small-but-mighty update makes a big difference for high-volume users and partners managing dozens (or hundreds) of automations.
