If you are actively using sales and marketing automations, internal process workflows, email templates, landing pages, and marketing emails in your business today, we may be able to migrate them over to you at no cost.
Do you do this for all systems?
*Keap Migration is free for every new customer moving eligible active content from these platforms: ActiveCampaign, AWeber, ConstantContact, HubSpot, MailChimp, and Ontraport. Please contact a Keap sales representative about migrating from other platforms.
How long will my migration take?
Our aim is to complete migrations within 14-30 days or less. The complexity and size of your migration will determine the actual completion time. Our Keap migration specialist will provide you with an estimated timeframe after a needs assessment.
Is there anything you won’t migrate?
Take this opportunity to do some spring cleaning. We will only migrate currently used eligible information. We do not set up third party integrations or include custom coding. Speak with your Small Business Consultant to learn more. We can also provide a list of Keap Certified Partners that may assist with these items at an additional cost.
Will you import all of my contacts?
We will import all of your opted-in contacts up to the contact threshold you purchased. If your list is larger than what you purchased we will contact you immediately to determine how you would like to proceed. Also, we may be able to import additional items such as opportunities, email history, contact notes, order history, subscriptions, affiliates (referral partners), and file attachments (10MB max) for an additional fee. How do you handle differences in functionality between me and my old provider?
Our Keap Migration Specialist will take note and review these differences with you as we migrate your system. If there is specific functionality you are concerned with please feel free to contact your Keap sales representative.
