Smarter Notes Panel
- Add notes inline, no pop-ups required
- Use optional fields like subject lines and time stamps
- Pin key notes so they always stay visible without you having to dig for them
Effortless Task Management
- Create and view tasks from the contact record without losing context
- Keep your workflow moving without toggling between screens
Forms, Front and Center
- Submit internal forms right from the contact panel
- View full submission details directly from the contact’s activity history
Tag Smarter, Work Faster
- Apply tags instantly from the new Tag panel
- Access detailed tag history, including removals
- Filter and click for more insight
Contact Score Tracking
- Changes to a contact’s score will now appear in the activity history, enabling you to easily see how scores evolve over time

With Google™ and Yahoo® tightening authentication standards, Keap now recommends setting your DMARC policy to at least p=quarantine. If you're adding a new domain, this helps ensure better email deliverability.
