What is a contact?
A contact is a single person recorded in your account. Keap lets you store critical information, including your contact’s phone number, email, address, as well as meeting histories, payments, invoices, conversations, emails, and notes. You’ll be able to make every customer feel like an important individual, because that’s what they are.
How much does it cost to add more contacts?

What counts as a user?
A user is someone who has authority to access the Keap software via their own username and password. Users can be managed via an admin account.

Is the free trial experience limited or locked down in any way?
The free trial is for the Keap Pro edition. You’ll have access to all the features of that version for 14 days. You can upgrade at any time in your Keap app. This 14-day free trial doesn’t require a credit card.
Will I need a credit card to start the free trial?

Yes. Just remember to initiate your cancellation request at least 10 days prior to the next invoice date. Please initiate your request verbally through a Keap representative.
Are there separate fees for receiving customer payments with Keap?
Keap can be used as an all-in-one payment and invoicing tool. Because the payment feature is already built into the app, business owners just need to connect their bank accounts and pay a flat, low fee of 2.9 percent plus 30 cents for each transaction.
