    What is a contact?

    A contact is a single person recorded in your account. Keap lets you store critical information, including your contact’s phone number, email, address, as well as meeting histories, payments, invoices, conversations, emails and notes. You’ll be able to make every customer feel like an important individual, because that’s what they are.

    How much does it cost to add more contacts?

    Adding contacts costs the same for all plans, but the cost goes down as you add more contacts. Enter your number of contacts at the top of the page to see specific prices.

    How do I add more contacts?

    You can add contacts during checkout, directly in your app, or reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Keap support for assistance.

    What counts as a user?

    A user is someone who has authority to access the Keap software via their own username and password. Users can be managed via an admin account.

    How many users are included?

    How much does Keap onboarding cost?

    Keap onboarding is affordably priced for small business budgets at $999. It includes 90 days of 1:1 coaching with a business automation expert, and we guarantee you’ll achieve results.

    Is the free trial experience limited or locked down in any way?

    The free trial is for the Keap Pro edition. You’ll have access to all the features of that version for 14 days. You can upgrade at any time in your Keap app. This 14-day free trial doesn’t require a credit card.

    Will I need a credit card to start the free trial?

    No credit card is required for your free trial. Give it a try and find out first-hand how Keap helps serious entrepreneurs get organized, follow up and automate to create peace of mind, grow sales and free up time.

  • Billing

    Can I cancel at any time?

    Yes. However, if you’re on an annual contract, please be aware that you’ll be charged a $299 early termination fee if you cancel your subscription before the end of your one-year contract term.

    To cancel, initiate your cancellation request at least 10 days prior to the next invoice date by calling Customer Support at 1-866-800-0004 x2 and talking to a Keap representative.

    Are there separate fees for receiving customer payments with Keap?

    Yes. A processing fee is applied to each payment that is collected. This fee is charged by the payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, etc.), not Keap. Although the fees vary by processor and location, the typical fee is 2.9% plus a 30 cent fee per transaction. Learn more about payment processors.

    What type of support do you provide?

    With Keap, you’ll receive call-in support, 24/7 online chat support, and email support from our U.S.-based customer support team.
