One month in and going strong.
When I set a New Year’s Resolution to blog every weekday, several people who heard about it laughed at me. One respected advisor was sure I would delegate this task to someone. I told her I would be personally writing every day because I love it and I have a lot to share. One month in, that’s as true as ever.
It’s been interesting this past month to sit down and write a few things each morning. I’ve noticed that my mind is thinking about the challenges of small business every day. I constantly have conversations with people about it. The same issues come up over and over again—The Deadly Sins that are stage-specific. I am content with the frameworks I’ve been writing about:
- The 5 Stages of Small Business Success
- The 3 Pillars of Small Business Success (Leadership, Strategy and Automation)
- The Small Business Success Method (The specifics of effective sales and marketing automation)
So, I’ll continue to write about these topics. But I’m going to make a slight shift in that I will discuss more stories and specific situations of entrepreneurs’ success stories as they’ve applied the lessons of the five stages, the three pillars and the small business success method.
It’s fun to talk about their stories and I’m confident the specifics of their stories are more easily applied to your business.
