The biggest celebration of Small Business Success is here. This week, over 3,000 entrepreneurs will be in Phoenix for our annual users conference. It’s an amazing gathering of entrepreneurship, a can’t-miss event for business owners who want to grow their businesses.
This year is our 10th Anniversary. When we started ICON 10 years ago, there were just 37 people in a rented room above our office. Now, we have more than 30,000 customers and 120,000 users in 125 different countries around the world. But, the essence of this ICON is exactly the same as the very first ICON 10 years ago: We’re all coming together to learn, grow, and automate our businesses.
We’ll have a bunch of great speakers to teach and motivate the audience. We’ll have more than 65 break-out sessions where we’ll do hands-on work in Infusionsoft so customers can leave with more automation in place than they had when they arrived. We’ll introduce to the world our Small Business Success Method, which shows business owners what to do next—and how do to it—so they can achieve their business goals. And, of course, we’ll introduce several new product enhancements that make it easier for small businesses to succeed.
But by far the most exciting part of ICON is hearing customer stories. I love hearing what entrepreneurs are up to, how they’re growing their businesses, what’s working, what impact they’re having on their communities and the world. The vendors, partners, customers, and Infusionsoft employees who come to ICON make up an amazing ecosystem that is on full display at ICON. And that’s why Inc. Magazine calls ICON one of the year’s must-attend events for entrepreneurs.
We’ve ready to take downtown Phoenix by storm. ICON 2016 starts tomorrow. It’s my favorite week of the year. I can’t wait!
