In January 2019, we rebranded in conjunction with a major change to our software to make it more modern and user friendly. However, the core of the business remains the same: We’re dedicated to liberating and empowering entrepreneurs by providing CRM, automation and email marketing software built especially for small businesses.
No, we chose to change our name to better represent who we are and what we do for small businesses. Our new name is a nod to the tenacity of small businesses and embodies what entrepreneurs and their teams do to be successful — they keep going, keep serving, and keep growing.
When we changed our name, we also rolled out a more modern, user-friendly version of the software, now known as Keap Pro and Keap Max. The software formerly known as Infusionsoft is now called Keap Max Classic. Our development team is steadily making improvements to bring the user-friendly interface of Pro and Max to Max Classic, so users who need the advanced features of Max Classic have an even better experience using the software.
