Those who are eligible for the 90-day money back guarantee will need to select this option via a check-box in the purchase cart. If the 90-day money back guarantee offer is expired or unavailable, it will not appear in the purchase cart.
Within 90 days of purchase, we are confident that if you dedicate the time and have the right business practices in place, you’ll see the impact automation can have on your business.
But, if you haven’t seen the progress expected within 90 days of purchase, you could qualify for a refund.
To be eligible for this 90-day money-back guarantee, you will need to finish the following within 90 days of purchase:
- Complete at least four implementation sessions
- Publish at least one automation and actively have contacts running through the automation
- Add at least 100 contacts (must be valid email addresses or phone numbers for individuals who have explicitly agreed to receive communications from you.)
Through your purchased implementation package, Keap will provide coaching and training to help you accomplish these tasks so that you can see the value of business automation.
In the event that you haven’t seen value after completing all three items above, you may contact Support or your Customer Success Manager within 90 days of purchase to request a refund. Only one refund request can be submitted per customer.
