A Platinum Membership is a monthly subscription for done-for-you services, automation strategy consulting, and premium support. It’s ideal for small business owners and marketers who:

Frequently asked questions

  • What does “unlimited” mean?

    With the Platinum Plus and Platinum Premium subscriptions, you get unlimited Keap implementation requests. This means you can submit as many implementation requests as you’d like with unlimited revisions. You may have one active request in process at a time — the others will be queued and started in your order of preferences when the currently active request is completed and closed.

  • What’s included in “Keap implementation”?

    Keap implementation includes anything done within a Keap account. This includes but is not limited to: campaign build-out, dashboard reporting, referral partner setup, etc. See packages for details of what’s included.

  • Does this replace my VA?

    A Platinum Membership can replace just about any Keap-related function that a Virtual Assistant is fulfilling. If your VA is useful in other areas, keep them around. If they’re just focusing on your Keap account, chances are a Platinum Membership can do the job. Your Growth Strategy Manager will help you develop the strategy of what to automate next, and our implementation experts will build it for you.

  • How much work can get done in one month?

    This depends on the type of work that needs to be done. It’s very common for 3-5 full campaigns to be built and launched in one month. Smaller requests will allow more to be finished in a month’s time, while larger requests will take longer.

  • Can I submit multiple requests at one time?

    Absolutely! You’re welcome to submit multiple requests at once, and we’ll work through them one at a time based on the priority you set. As long as your Membership Services subscription is active, we’ll continue making progress. If your subscription ends, we’ll pause any remaining requests until service resumes.

  • Can I make changes while the content is being worked on?

    We know it can be tempting to make edits while we’re working on your content, but we ask that you hold off until we send over the final version. Making changes mid-process can lead to delays and extra work and it may impact the effectiveness of the service. If changes are made that affect the final delivery, we may not be able to fix them without additional costs.

  • How long do I have to review and request changes to the Membership Services once they’ve been delivered?

    You have five business days after delivery to review the Membership Services and request changes. If you don’t ask for edits within those five business days, the services will be considered complete.

  • How do I submit an implementation request?

    All service requests are submitted through our unique client portal. After starting your subscription, you’ll receive login credentials to this portal. There you can access training, tools, and resources, as well as submit all service requests.

  • What if I don't know what campaigns I need?

    No worries at all! Your subscription includes a 1-2 hour call with a coach who will help you develop your detailed business automation plan. You’ll be guided in defining exactly which campaigns will move your business forward.

  • What if I don't have enough requests for 6 months?

    Go ahead and fill out the form on this page and let’s talk it through. Chances are there are many automation opportunities in your business. We can help identify those and ensure you get killer value from your Platinum Membership.

  • What if I don’t use all the services that I have paid for?

    It is your responsibility to use the services you have paid for, including scheduling and attending any calls or coaching sessions, as well as using credits for Membership Services. If services have not been completed by the end of the delivery period because your team did not provide the necessary items, the services will be considered complete at that time. No refunds or credits will be given for any unused services.

  • Can you make changes for me after the Membership Services have been delivered?

    Once your Membership Services have been delivered and your subscription ends, Keap is no longer responsible for making updates or changes to your services or any third-party tools you use. However, if you’re still actively subscribed, you’re welcome to request updates or changes, and our team will do their best to accommodate them within the scope of your plan.

  • What about copywriting? Can you help with that as well?

    A Platinum Membership does not include copywriting services. However, as a Keap customer you have access to our AI Content Assistant, which can help write copy for many common campaign types. You can also look for copywriters on the Keap Marketplace.

  • What if I'm not clear on my automation strategy?

    That’s not a problem at all. You’ll start the program with a 1-hour strategy call with a coach to help you define the automation strategies that will move your business forward. From that call, you’ll also receive a detailed list of requests you can submit to turn your automation plan into reality.

  • What is The Factory?

    The Factory is the project management portal where you log in to submit, track, and manage your implementation requests and communication with our team.

  • What specific results can I expect from the Membership Services?

    Since everyone’s results look a little different, we don’t guarantee specific revenue outcomes. What you can count on is personalized support, proven strategies, and resources to help you make the most of Keap.
