We ended 2025 with a bang! Here are the latest Keap® updates we shipped to help you work more efficiently, gain clearer insights, and build stronger integrations. These enhancements are live, and they’re all about giving you more control and visibility across your business.

Let’s take a look at what’s new.

More Control Over When Appointments Are Available

Available on Keap Pro, Max, and Ultimate

Scheduling just got more flexible. You can now set specific start and end dates for each appointment type, making it easier to offer bookings only during defined timeframes.

This update is especially useful for:

  • Seasonal services or promotions
  • Limited-time workshops or events
  • Temporary schedule changes or availability shifts

To make things even easier, appointment types now include “Expiring soon” and “Expired” statuses, so you can quickly see which offerings need attention and avoid outdated booking links.

This means less manual cleanup—and more confidence that customers only see what is currently available.

Faster, Clearer Invoice Reporting

Available on Keap Pro and Max

We’ve improved invoice reporting to help you get answers faster and trust the numbers you’re seeing.

With this update, you’ll find:

  • Clear timeframe filters like 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, and year-to-date
  • More accurate totals across reports
  • Consistent and easy-to-understand status labels

These enhancements streamline your reporting workflow allowing you to spend less time double-checking data and more time making informed decisions about your cash flow.

New SDKs Now Available

For Developers and Integrators

Building on Keap just got easier. We’ve launched official SDKs for multiple programming languages, giving developers simple, type-safe access to Thryv®’s full API feature set.

Whether you’re creating custom integrations or maintaining existing ones, these SDKs help reduce complexity, speed up development, and improve reliability — so you can focus on building great solutions instead of managing API overhead.

New API Usage Reporting Inside Your Account

You’ll soon be able to view real-time API usage metrics directly in Keap, giving you deeper insight into how your integrations are performing.

With API Usage Reporting, you can:

  • Track request volumes in real time
  • Monitor usage trends and patterns
  • Identify potential issues before they become problems
  • Stay within rate limits with greater confidence

You’ll find this new dashboard under Settings > API Reporting, putting critical integration insights right where you need them.
