Users and Permissions
There’s more customization coming your way, and it includes the users and permissions section of your app! We’re unifying this experience across all our platforms. The new intuitive navigation and search functionality means you’ll be able to deliver total control and customization over all your Keap users.

Billing Automation
If you’re ready to save time on billing processes and never miss another payment again, you’re going to love the updates we’ve made to billing automation. Here’s how it works: We’ve added specific automation capabilities to fill in the crucial gaps in your billing process.
For example, if a customer’s card is about to expire, the software can trigger an automated notification telling them to add a new form of payment. This will repeat until they complete the action, but after they’ve added a new card, the software will then automatically stop reaching out. This same process applies to other payment processes. So, whether a customer’s card on file is expiring, their payment just failed, or an invoice is past due, automation will help ensure you get paid by notifying customers until action is taken.

Automation Builder
Get ready for a new, innovative design for the automation engine of Keap. We’ve transformed our Automation Builder to offer a modern design, a consistent interface, and flexible customization to help you build complex sequences faster and more intuitively than ever before.
The new model includes more user-friendly language based on our “when, then” model, which uses “when” triggers to bring about “then” actions. The changes will also provide a more focused and guided experience with an improved pop-up feature that leads users through each step of creating automations using helpful explanations along the way. These explanations will also alert you to any broken pieces of your automation so you can fix them as you build, which means less guesswork.

Sales Pipelines
Our improved Sales Pipelines feature enables sales progress and fast decision-making thanks to our fresh, modern UI. This UI features kanban boards for a holistic visual experience and greater organization. You’ll also find expanded Pipeline visibility through new views, including a My Day section, Summary View, and List View.
Plus, we’ve added the ability to take bulk actions in your List View. From there, you can move selected deals from one stage to another or even to a completely different pipeline and sort by status, stage, deal value, and more.

Service and Operations Pipelines
Sales and marketing aren’t the only areas that get to benefit from Pipelines! You’ll be able to use this powerful feature within your service and operations workflows too. This is made possible because Pipelines now feature custom fields for storing and tracking any type of data and the ability to create as many individual pipelines as you need. The result? Enhanced tracking and greater visibility for service and operations activity.

Email Updates
Get ready for new email features and a more robust, simplified, and consistent email experience. Starting in 2025, when you head to your app to build an email, you’ll notice an easier way to search for images and logos, the ability to broadcast and reply to up to three emails, and a simplified automation flow for a more streamlined process. And to sweeten the deal even more, we’ve crafted these updates and features using the newest email technology to ensure you have the most up-to-date, secure email experience.

Proven Automation Templates
Get rolling with Keap’s automation power through pre-built automation templates right within your Keap app! Leveraging the 20+ years of Keaps automation expertise, these templates save you time and eliminate guesswork by providing proven, effective sequences for your entire business — marketing, sales, service and operations. Ready to put these automations to work? Find the templates within the My Automations section of your app!

Branding Center
Branding is a huge part of your business's success, and here at Keap, we want to make sure that we are helping you maintain and elevate your identity. That’s why we’ve made intentional updates to help you promote your brand while saving time and improving operational efficiency.
The first phase of these updates will roll out in early 2025. The changes will simplify the process of updating logos and colors across your assets in Keap, eliminating the need to repeat the same steps for each one individually. Instead, you just have to make updates in your branding center and they will be automatically applied throughout your app. These updates will also impact Solution Launchpad, emails, and templates.

Keap AI
Keap AI can be broken down into two powerful sections that will each help you generate quality content quickly. First up, we have our AI Automation Assistant, created so you can leverage the power of AI to craft automated campaigns. Specifically, this feature will help you create the assets you need for your automated sequences, such as emails, landing pages, texts, and follow-up emails.
We also have our AI Content Assistant, which is designed to produce creative, powerful emails and adjust language, tone, and even humor so your message lands with your audience every time. Use it to customize your emails within Easy Automations and as you email 1:1 with contacts.

Text and Voice
Keap will be rolling out an initial Alpha sign-up to limited international partners for our Text and Voice offering. This Alpha will be coming in 2025 during Q1 and will include:
- Business Verification & Number Provisioning
- Outbound 1:1 SMS Messaging
- Outbound SMS Broadcasts
- Improvements to Contact Record phone number formatting
- Additional features throughout the testing period
Availability: Alpha available in Q1 of 2025 to select Australia & UK Partners
