Stephanie:

Hi Keap peeps! Welcome to this month's New Release Report.

We have so many new features and upgrades for our Infusionsoft users this month, like more custom fields, landing page improvements, Campaign Builder updates and a new Infusionsoft UI. And for our Keap Pro users, don't worry, we've still got updates for you for Landing Page Builder and Campaign Builder.

Before we get rolling, here's a recap of what we did last month.

For Infusionsoft users in May, we launched consistent time zones and updates to Campaign Builder. Our Keap Pro users are loving the new Microsoft Outlook calendar sync, and multi-line call forwarding on their Keap Business Line. If you'd like more info, be sure to watch the May New Release Video on our YouTube channel.

All right, we're about to start the June New Release Report, but like always, if you want to jump ahead, there's timestamps listed below for each new feature.

Now we're going to kick it over to Jack to get us started for this month's New Release Report.

Jack:

Custom field limit increases.

You've asked for it and we are pushing the limits for custom fields. You now have 150 custom fields to use in Infusionsoft for each of your record types.

This is a huge benefit to our power users out there who have really high levels of data entry. You no longer need to use external data tools to capture all of that information. And of course, those custom fields are good for segmentation, merging into communications and creating reports.

If you're not using your custom fields, here's why you should. Custom fields are a huge benefit for gathering information that is specific to your business. Number two, they help increase personalization. All of these custom fields can be used in your communications as merge field, further personalizing your email messages. Custom fields are also important for businesses with high documentation needs. Real estate, finance, insurance. You've got a lot of information that you're gathering and you need a place to put it. And of course, the last reason, reporting and segmentation. Each of these custom fields, and the information in the custom fields, can be used in reporting and searching. Perfect!

On to the Landing Page Builder improvements.

You have been asking for some improvements to our Landing Page Builder, and we are excited to bring improvements to the Landing Page Builder in Keap and Infusionsoft.

Landing pages are an excellent and necessary tool for lead capture, improving traffic and building your brand online. If you're using them, you know this. If you're not, you should be.

We've made significant increases to the performance of Landing Page Builder in Infusionsoft and Keap Pro. The builder now has a much quicker load time, five times faster. That's right, five times, five times faster, five times faster load time. As a matter of fact, I'm going to show you right now.

Double click, check this out, boom, much faster. It really is much faster. If you've been playing with this, if you use this on a daily, weekly, monthly basis, that's faster. The property sidebar now responds instantaneously when you click something to edit. So when I select an element like this one, boom. Like this one, boom. Hey, like this one, boom. It loads right away. Five times faster.

Now for a new feature that I am super excited about—the Version History Manager.

And it is right up here. Historically, you can do simple redo, undo changes to your landing page while you're building it. But what if you wanted to make bigger changes or what if you wanted to make big changes and keep them temporarily, but be able to go back to a prior version? Now you can. You can save a snapshot of a current version. You name it, here we go, we'll call this Version One, boom. Save that snapshot. Then make your changes, make your updates. And if something goes horribly wrong, you can go back to Version One, or if you're making temporary updates and you want to run those for a lead magnet and you want to revert back, come back here and choose that prior version, boom, it's back. Perfect.

Now the new text editor.

We know plenty of you have been asking for an improved experience editing text in the Landing Page Builder, and now we've done it. In the past when you've gone into edit text, sometimes the text style and color wouldn't be maintained in your edit. We've changed that. Now, a brand new toolbar pops up when you click to edit a text box in your landing page and the text style and the color will be maintained during your editing process. Boom, boom, boom. Hey, let's just make that bold and underlined. Love it. Best of all, the new text editor is mobile responsive, which means it will open and resize based on the window size for whichever device you're on.

And if you've been playing with it, you've noticed we've launched a new unified UI in both Keap and Infusionsoft for the Landing Page Builder. This is a closer match to the Keap UI and it improves the user experience. And some of our users are already noticing the improvements. This is just the beginning for the Landing Page Builder over the next couple of months, but we're rolling out more features and functions and more templates. So if you're using another landing page builder, maybe you won't have to use that anymore. Save some money. I don't know, just saying.

On to the Campaign Builder Updates and of course, Campaign Builder, that means Infusionsoft, and you Keap Pro.

First up, the ability to trigger campaign using a tag category. "Why do I need this?" That's a good question. Here's the answer. So, here's the scenario. You're bringing in leads from a lot of different lead sources and you want them all to run through the same automation. Now you can do this by applying a tag to every one that comes in from those multiple lead sources. And then you have a situation like this. It can get a little bit muddled. So instead, we can do this. You can launch this automation from a tag category instead of an individual tag. That way over time, any tags you add to this tag category that launches your automation, those new tags will launch the new contacts into the existing running automation. This creates a much cleaner campaign.

We've also created an easier way to add a contact from one sequence to another. Generally, when you're running a sequence, like the one here, abbreviated, when a contact gets to the end of the sequence, we might add a tag to move them into another sequence or move them through the campaign. Now, instead of using tags, you can use this tool, which will add the contact to another sequence. There we go. This is a much cleaner way to move contacts from one segment to another, especially without having to use tags and all the confusion of having tags, shooting people all over your campaigns. And of course, you don't have to be a tagging genius to run a complicated campaign.

We know how important your user experience is in your daily work inside Infusionsoft. This is why we are continuing to update the most common used areas in Infusionsoft.

We have refreshed the UI on the dashboard and also the My Day calendar section and All Tasks.

The new UI is mobile responsive, modern, fresh, and inline with the new Keap UI.

Stephanie:

Thanks Jack. Before we head out, let's talk about all the bugs and known issues we've fixed this month. We fixed over 90 bugs and known issues in June.

For example, default values and merge fields are now populating correctly when the field is blank.

Here's our Fast Fact of the Month. Some CEOs, when they drop the "F bomb," you know they're serious. But when our CEO Clate Mask drops the "F bomb," it means he's...

Clate:

Freaking...

Stephanie:

Serious.

Clate:

Freaking, freaking, freaking, freaking!

Jack:

Hey folks, it's me Jack, just piping in one more time to give a quick recap of this month's new features.

We hope you find these helpful and it makes your path to growth a little bit easier. And, of course, we can't wait to see you next month for more.

Stephanie:

Wait, we still have some hype for next month. Our Infusionsoft users are going to have a whole new way to look at the ROI for their business with Infusionsoft's brand new Analytics. And, Keap is getting a brand new, easy way to automate your business. And, customized lead forms are coming soon.

That's it for this month's New Release Report. I can't wait to talk to you next month when we have a whole new batch of updates and improvements to Infusionsoft and Keap.

See you next time!
