What is the Keap Referral Program?

The Keap Referral Program is a great way for customers, like you, who love Keap to earn cash rewards for sharing the product with your network.

How is the referral reward paid?

When your referral has been a customer for two (2) monthly billing cycles or 60 days, they're considered a success. You will be paid through PartnerStack and into your PayPal account.

You can keep track of your payouts inside the PartnerStack dashboard (https://keap.partnerstack.com)

It is essential that you enter the email address associated with your PayPal account. If you do not, we will be unable to process your referral reward and your referral reward will not be valid.

If you do not have a PayPal account, you may obtain one by visiting PayPal.com.

You have exactly six (6) months from the day you submitted a referral to claim your referral reward via PayPal. If we do not receive your PayPal email info within six months, your referral will no longer be valid.

How do I refer someone to Keap?

To participate and earn rewards follow these easy steps.

From there, you’ll get a custom link to share with your friends and followers, where they can check out a demo or sign up for a free trial. You can also send referrals directly to us through PartnerStack, and one of our Small Business Growth Experts will personally connect with them.

If your referral purchases Keap, and sticks around for at least 60 days, you will receive a referral reward up to $250—payable 2 monthly billing cycles following the referral's purchase of Keap.

The payouts are as follows:

  • $250 for Keap Pro and Max referrals
  • $100 for Keap Lite referrals

More information regarding the referral reward amounts can be found on the Keap website (sites.google.com/keap.com/keap-referral-tos). Program terms and reward amounts are subject to change at any time without notice.

What referrals are eligible?

Referrals must be brand new leads in our system. Only net new contacts, as defined by Keap at our sole discretion, will qualify for the referral reward. You will not be eligible for a reward for referrals who:

  • Are existing Keap customers
  • Are a second application for an existing Keap customer
  • Have terminated a Keap account within the 12 months prior to their re-signing with us
  • Was previously referred to Keap by another person (including our salespeople and partners)
  • Cancel their Keap subscription within the initial 60 days

What happens to my referrals?

Once Keap receives your referrals, they will be vetted internally to ensure that the referral is a qualified lead (qualified leads are determined solely by Keap). If the referral is eligible/qualified, they will be transitioned to one of our Sales Consultants to determine which Keap edition best suits their business needs.

Are Keap Partners eligible for the referral program?

Anyone currently enrolled in any of Keap's partner programs will not be eligible for a referral reward via the Referral Program. Keap Certified Partners are bound by the terms and conditions of their respective partner program agreements, as applicable.

What happens if I don’t follow these rules?

Any attempt to commit fraud or willfully exploit the Keap Referral Program will result in the cancellation of your Keap account and non-payment of all outstanding referral rewards.

Anything else?

Keap is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by you or your referrals while participating in the Keap Referral Program. Keap reserves the right to change or discontinue this program at any time. All changes will be posted on this website and will not be directly communicated to any participants.

By participating in the Keap Referral Program, each participant acknowledges reading and agrees to be bound by the Keap Referral Program Terms & Conditions, which incorporate by reference Keap's Terms of Use (posted online at sites.google.com/keap.com/keap-referral-tos).
