How much time do I get with my Keap coach?
Onboarding typically includes five one-hour sessions, which is about the time it takes to complete three plays in your Keap app. We recommend a weekly cadence to achieve quick momentum, but we will work with your schedule and go at a pace that best serves your needs.

We are dedicated to your success, which is why your Keap subscription includes live customer support, a dedicated Customer Success Manager, and access to Keap Academy for ongoing support and education. You also have the option to purchase additional coaching and professional services.
Your CSM will be assigned after your onboarding is complete. (CSMs are available for most customers, except those who have special pricing under $129/mo.)
